What is Decorzsouk’s Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order until it hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse. What-so-ever amount paid against the purchase from Decorzsouk will be refunded via same payment modeyou used to make the payment.

How can I cancel my order?

1. Login to your account
2. Go to the “Order History” section
3. Select “Cancel Order” option for order cancellation

Can I modify the shipping address once I have place the order?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address once you have placed the order. However, this can only be done before we have processed (packed) your order. Steps to follow to modify the shipping address:

1. Go to the “Order History” section
2. Select “Edit or Change Order”

When will I receive my refund after cancelling my order?

If you choose COD (Cash on Delivery), there will be no amount to be refunded since you haven’t paid for the order. In case of online payment against the purchase you made from Decorzsouk, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 business/working days from the time of your order cancellation.
