RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our foremost priority is to keep our valuable customers satisfied and happy by offering them the product excellence. However, in case you didn’t like the product you can take the benefit of our Returns & Exchange Policy. We have made a flexible return & exchange policy which is as followed. Due to any reason, you don’t like the product purchased from Decorzsouk, you can return the product in its original packaging: the products must be in working condition, there must be all accessories intact including manuals. If we find the product in the same state it was despatched and delivered to you,we will process your refund after its quality check.

NOTE: Return logistics cost is to be borne by the customer itself.

Returns              

Decorzsouk’s 7-days returns policy offers you an option to Return OR Exchange the item(s) purchased on Decorzsouk within 7 days of time frameafter receiving the product/order. Returns and exchange conditions are as followed:

  1. Product pick-up: We provide product pick-up service in several locations. You can select the pick-up option while submitting the return request. Or else our customer service can assist you in arranging the reverse logistics for the product return.
  2. Reverse logistics cost: For all returns and exchanges we will be bearing the responsibility to pick up the order from your location hence, reverse logistics cost/ return shipping charges are to be borne by you(the customer)., who is returning the product. Reverse logistics cost/ Return shipping charges will be equivalent to 10 per cent of the MRP of the product which will be above INR 5,000 and for the products with MRP below INR 5,000, the return shipping charges will be INR 500.
  3. Product snap shot: Before handing over the product to out courier partner, we request you to take snap shot/ picture and video of the final packed product that has to be returned. Email or whatsapp the same to our customer support email address or customer service number as per your convenience.
  4. Product breakage complaint: For any complaints regarding breakage of the product, we would require the pictures of the same the moment you receive the product or within twenty four hours of the product, in order to confirm it defective or broken product.
  5. Final sale products: Products purchased on a final sale are not eligible to return or exchanged or whatsoever.
  6. Inspection of the product: After receiving the product at our returns desk, we will start with the product inspection to confirm the right condition of the product. The same must include: original packaging, manuals, tags, labels, and working condition as new. The product should not be damaged in any way. Once the inspection is done successfully, we will initiate the refund from our side.

How to return a Decorzsouk product?

  2. Click on “Return Order”
  3. Follow the instructions/screens
  4. Keep the item ready for the pick-up
  5. In case, reverse pick-up option isn’t available at your location kindly, self-ship the product to us.

Refund

 

When will I receive the refund of the returned product?

Once the refund against returned product will be initiated by Decorzsouk as per the Returns Policy, the refunded amount is expected to reflect in your account as per the following timelines:

  1. NEFT: 1 to 3 days after the refund is initiated
  2. Online Transfer:7 to 10 business/working days after the refund is initiated (depending on your bank partner services)

Kindly Note: Decorzsouk initiates the refund once we successfully pick up the returned product, and its quality check. Hence, the refund initiation may take time depending upon our courier partner for product pick-up. In case of any kind of refund discrepancies,Decorzsouk may request you to share the screenshot of your bank statement.

Exchange

In case, you do not like some feature of the product ordered from Decrozsouk and wish to exchange the same against some other product kindly refer to the following steps:

  1. Select “Orders History”
  2. Click on “Exchange Order”
  3. Follow the instructions/screens
  4. Keep the item ready for the pick-up
  5. In case, reverse pick-up option isn’t available at your location kindly, self-ship the product to us.
