SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 We deliver products purchased from Decorzsouk in an excellent condition within the promised time frame. Shipping method is standard and products shall be delivered in7-8 business/working days.

  1. If you cancel the order before the product’s shipment, lost or un-delivered to the preferred location, we will be refunded in the same bank account/payment method/ mode.
  2. Delivery charge of 149 INR will be applicable on the entire order amount including (any) shipping charges, if paid online.
  3. If you choose to return the order delivered to you, return-shipping charges will be taken from the refund amount (10% of the order value).

Note: *Order value will be calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST including any other applicable charges*

Fair Usage Policy

Decorzsouk always ensure to provide the best customer experience/service with every single purchase. However, few accounts exploit our liberal returns policy. These accounts generally return most of the products purchased or do not accept the shipment due to which our regular customers get deprived of from buying those items. In order to protect the rights of our valuable customers, we choose to reserve the right to charge shipping cost of Rs. 149 for all the orders and we also disable cash on delivery (COD) option for the accounts/customers bearing high percentage of returns & shipments.

  3. Click on “View Order”
  4. Afterwards, click on “Track Order”

How is my order placed from Decorzsouk is dispatched/shipped/delivered to me?

All the orders placed from our website “Decorzsouk” are dispatched/shipped/delivered via our courier partner with great responsibility.

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Empty/Void parcel?

Request you to reach us out over the mail or given contact number within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Meanwhile we investigate, we ask you to make a note of the following pointers:

  1. Kindly don’t use the item against which the claim is raised
  2. You might be required to provide us the information: short description of the case (few questions might be asked in order to help us understand the situation)
  3. The refund for prepaid and Cash on delivery orders will be made after our investigation

You may not be eligible for refund, if:

  1. You fail to provide snapshots of the parcel
  2. You have used the product for which you have raised claim
  3. You fail to provide sufficient information about the situation
  4. You dispose the packaging. Since we might require to pick-up the product packaging for investigation (if needed)
  5. The partial or damages product was received, claims MUST be raised on the same day or within 24 hours of the product received
